SHIPPING POLICY

We will process each order immediately after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that some products are made to order. This includes all custom items, such as costumes, custom pillows, mystery boxes etc, and may take more time to produce than ready made items.

Typically ready made items will process within 3 - 7 business days.

Custom items can take 1-2 weeks, or longer depending on the complexity of the item being produced.

SHIPPING TIMES

Standard Shipping generally takes 2-4 weeks (14 - 28 days).

Express Shipping is generally 1 - 2 weeks (7 - 14 days)

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Global shipping delays, such as supply chain issues, etc. can happen, in these cases sometimes packages can be delayed, this is unfortunately beyond our control, but rest assured we will track your package along with you to ensure that it will be received.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can get your items delivered to you. P.O. Boxes are also accepted. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, with standard and express shipping options.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours, to several days for the tracking information to become available. System delays may lengthen the time that it takes for the tracking number to update, but it will update in due time. Feel free to email us, and we can look into it for you.
