Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund if you have proof of the wrong item having been received, or if the product has not been received at all. Please note however that some shipping methods do take longer than others, and refunds will not be issued for products still in transit.

 There are some items that we cannot do returns or issue refunds for, this includes personal items such as lashes, contact lenses, custom body pillow covers, custom costumes etc. 

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot refund a custom order that is in production--nor can we cancel an order that is in production, or has already been produced. You have a 24 hour window wherein you can cancel a custom order, after which we cannot process a cancellation nor refund. We cannot make exceptions for this. 

This includes custom costumes, pillows, plush etc.

Return Policy

Cosplay-FTW works hard to ensure the best quality in all of our products, please note however, that many of our products are custom made and made to order, and as such we can not process returns on these products. 

Do contact us however, if there is any issue with your order. Our representatives are always ready and willing to help you out with your purchase.

**We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of purchase for any custom product. This includes items shipped, and still in production. Custom orders are always started 24 hours after an order is received, after this time frame, we cannot offer a cancelation of your custom product. Custom products include all made to order items such as body pillows, costumes, and mystery boxes.

**We do not accept cancellations of all other products after 24 hours as well.
